Our Dining Room Servers are responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for residents. Working closely with the culinary team servers assist with food service dining room setup cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

• Provide friendly attentive and professional dining service to residents and guests

• Serve meals accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards

• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and answer resident questions

• Prepare and maintain dining room cleanliness and organization

• Assist with table setup and resetting between meal services

• Support dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties as needed

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with residents

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others

• Strong communication skills in English

• Weekend availability required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain one upon hire

• Previous restaurant hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required

• 5 years of experience
