Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

Serve as the primary interface with customers and internal teams to ensure dimensional requirements are met and maintained.
Lead development launch and ongoing oversight of dimensional control processes from program launch through series production.
Program operate and support dimensional measurement systems and metrology equipment (e.g. CMM Hexagon) to ensure product compliance.
Monitor analyze and respond to dimensional data from measurement equipment and inprocess sensors including daily process stability reviews.
Lead root cause analysis corrective actions and validation efforts for dimensional issues ensuring timely closure and repeat issue prevention.
Drive dimensional improvement initiatives to meet customer quality targets (PPM incidents RMAs) and support FMEA RPN reduction.
Coordinate crossfunctional activities customer engagements and interdepartmental studies while providing training and technical guidance to teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

HR Diploma or GED required
2-yeardegreein a technical discipline preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:

Preferably7-10yearswork related experience and/or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
2years experienceprogrammingZeiss / GOMs Scanning Units
