Position Summary
UNC -Chapel Hills University Communications and Marketing department seeks a digital content specialist to develop and publish content on its digital platforms The Well and other websites. This is a perfect position for a communications professional who wants to showcase important University initiatives and programs and highlight the expertise of Carolinas world-class faculty and staff. Successful candidates will manage and share content that engages and informs the campus community and positions the University as a vibrant place to teach learn and work. Part of the editorial and digital production team the digital content specialist also maintains multiple websites using tools including WordPress and addition this position manages the production and distribution of a campuswide e-newsletter through Salesforce. This position will also assist with projects resources and services that support campus and will work closely with campus communicators other University units and outside vendors to coordinate and facilitate these projects. Successful candidates will have excellent writing abilities experience managing websites strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
