The Principal UX/UI Design is primarily responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs by understanding user needs. You will build effective and meaningful relationships with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Your expertise in user research usability testing and design systems will ensure our products are user-friendly and meet business objectives. Specifics include:

In this role a typical day will include:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
• Develop and refine design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs.
• Assoc.9 yrs.; M.S.2 yrs.; PhD0 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
