Position Overview:
The Digital Product Strategy Analyst supports the digital product team in identifying evaluating and advancing strategic opportunities that enhance customer experience and business outcomes. This role plays a critical part in intake management prioritization vendor evaluation and cross-functional collaboration to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
What youll do:
Intake Demand and Management
Manage and process incoming product requests enhancements and initiatives through standardized intake processes.
Serve as Key point of coordination between business stakeholders and product teams during evaluation.
Prioritization Planning and Support
Assess incoming initiatives against strategic goals customer impact effort and resource constraints. Align with core values.
Facilitate prioritization discussions and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
Help maintain and update product backlogs in collaboration with product owners
Product Delivery & Collaboration:
Partner with product and cross-functional teams to define requirements
Drive roadmap planning and execution for digital banking products by partnering closely with product managers to prioritize enhancements align on strategic objectives and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that meet client and business needs.
Strategy and Opportunity Research
Support the development of product strategy by analyzing internal data customer feedback and market insights
Conduct research to identify emerging digital trends customer needs and competitive opportunities
Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and product owners
Identify gaps design future-state solutions track performance and drive ongoing improvements through data dashboards and process optimization.
Communication and Training
Enhance system training by developing clear effective demo environments and materials and support new product rollouts through engaging demonstrations and comprehensive training tools for both internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
3-5 years related experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Familiarity with Digital Banking Platforms and related technologies required.
Understanding of requirements related to Digital Banking and Retail Banking processes and financial services experience preferred.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $59000 - $77000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
