• Consult and design: Connect with clients to understand their travel dreams then craft personalized itineraries that embrace slow travel cultural immersion and unforgettable moments.
• Delight end-to-end: Handle inquiries via email chat and phonetransforming concerns into a happy yes and ensuring every journey runs smoothly from booking to homecoming.
• Personalize at scale: Use travel insight and AI tools to quickly personalize recommendations offers and follow-ups (zero experience welcomed; training provided).
• Optimize and improve: Spot trends in client feedback to refine services personalize support and continuously elevate the travel experience.
• Nurture relationships: Provide high-touch post-booking care and maintain ongoing connections so clients feel supported before during and after every trip.
• Be the hero: Deliver top-tier high-touch service with empathy expertise and a smilecreating the magic behind epic adventures.

• Travel industry savvy and comfort with AI tools for quick personalization (preferred not required zero experience also welcomed)
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and influencer-style content creation
• Background in entrepreneurship freelancing or running your own business
• Passion for slow travel culture and authentic travel experiences
