Digital Media Specialist

• Build and manage drip campaigns and CRM workflows in HubSpot
• Identify and target relevant markets and demographics
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports; translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Maintain and grow social media presence (LinkedIn Meta TikTok and others)
• Produce internal communications and contribute to client-facing creative as needed
• Manage digital media assets in SharePoint
• Collaborate with Loan Officers on marketing initiatives and materials
• Stay current on emerging platforms tools and trends in the digital media landscape and bring relevant insights to the team
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the marketing department

• Demonstrated HubSpot and CRM experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience developing and executing drip campaigns
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized approach to media asset management
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment
• Fluency with AI tools without over-reliance on them

• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. 360Learning)
• Experience in mortgage banking or other financial services
