Program Overview
The Digital Team is seeking a motivated and analytical intern for Summer 2027.
The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting marketing operations automation and digital transformation initiatives across the business. This role will help improve marketing efficiency scalability and personalization through data management process optimization marketing automation systems and agentic AI solutions.
The intern will assist in developing automated workflows managing marketing data documenting business processes and supporting digital marketing programs that improve customer engagement and operational effectiveness. This role will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing automation initiatives that improve campaign execution lead management customer segmentation and reporting.
Analyze marketing customer and engagement data to identify trends opportunities and recommendations for improving performance.
Manage and maintain marketing data quality including data cleansing standardization enrichment and governance activities.
Support personalization efforts by helping build audience segments and customer journeys based on behavioral transactional and engagement data.
Create dashboards reports and insights that help measure campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging digital technologies automation tools and AI-enabled solutions.
AI Agent Development: Design build and maintain AI agents that improve marketing operations customer insights content generation process automation and team productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing IT Sales and Digital teams to support business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Pursuit of a degree in Marketing Digital Product AI or other Digital-related fields.
Understanding of data analysis principles and comfort working with spreadsheets databases and reporting tools.
Experience with process mapping workflow documentation or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Interest in developing AI agents copilots or agentic solutions for business applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take direction and execute independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation Details
$19 - $25 per hour
The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the companys base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep United States work authorization.
