• Coordinate digital marketing calendars and campaign schedules

• Assist with email marketing setup and content scheduling

• Support social media publishing and content organization

• Maintain digital assets templates and campaign files

• Help update website and promotional content

• Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams on campaign materials and approvals

• Assist with basic campaign reporting and administrative support

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Previous marketing content or coordination experience is preferred
