Job Summary
Our Digital Marketing Team drives client-facing digital initiatives firm-wide. The bulk of the team is located in New York with key regional leaders in London Hong Kong and Tokyo and cross-functional business partners across the globe. This is an expanding team that drives the companys digital vision in service of client relationships worldwide. The Digital Marketing Analyst/Associate will be a key addition to our team and will enable us to scale our efforts and drive measurable business results via best-in-class digital campaigns and content. The role is a unique opportunity to contribute across all aspects of digital marketing including the creation and deployment of website content and email.
Responsibilities:
Support content production across the family of client-facing websites using the Sitecore content management system. Includes primary content production of HTML and image assets.
Coordinate production tasks with off-shore content production team including full ownership of outcome quality control code-review troubleshooting and adherence to design requirements brand standards and best practices.
Partner with content strategy product marketing & channel marketing teams digital design front- and back-end development teams to manage delivery of end-to-end integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Apply visual creativity and design eye to optimize email campaign and web creative in partnership with our Digital Design Lead including image selection and light edits as necessary using Figma and other tools.
Partner with internal teams to produce and deploy content for internal platforms such as the corporate intranet our digital asset management system Seismic and Salesforce.
Stay informed on digital marketing best practices.
Perform competitive analysis on our industry peers and digital marketing leaders in other industries.
Undertake strategic ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelors degree
1-2 years experience in a digital content production role using a content management system
Proficiency in HTML production for web and email
Exposure to digital content creation software such as Figma
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in deadline-driven environment
Occasional schedule flexibility for collaboration with global colleagues across time zones
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps and )
Preferred
Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
Litmus or other relevant email design code and testing tool experience
Exposure to digital content creation software such as Figma
Financial services industry or Business-to-business (B2B) experience
Experience with document management systems
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.

The salary range for this role is $75000-$100000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance retirement life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
