As Digital Manufacturing Project Manager you will be responsible for;

• Lead and coordinate MES rollout activities including testing support issue tracking stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Partner with production teams SAP analysts and business users to support MES integration process alignment and operational readiness.
• Develop and execute training plans training matrices and end-user support activities for MES adoption across the site.
• Identify process gaps document workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives related to digital manufacturing and paper-to-MES transition efforts.

Qualifications;

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related discipline.

• 3 years of experience supporting or leading MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects within industrial manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong experience with MES/SAP integration production workflows user acceptance testing (UAT) and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.

Location: Columbus MS
