Job Description

The Technical Analyst III job family is responsible for delivering superior services acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT with a focus on end user experience such as user interfacing user flow data flow and/or other UI/UX strategies. Using comprehensive expertise defining and performing analysis design programming planning implementation and supporting of some of the most critical systems software and procedures with a focus on our long term technology road map which require technical and systems knowledge. The Technical Analyst manages plans organizes and controls projects which have an organizational impact as well as provides day-to-day support for complex applications systems.

How Youll Spend Your Time

Partner with a Technical Product Owner to execute work aligned to a digital product roadmap.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria facilitate refinement sessions and align teams on shared solution intent.
Balance tradeoffs across business goals user experience technical considerations and delivery timelines.
Produce business and functional requirements for simple complex initiatives and support planning testing and deployment of solutions.
Mentor and support other analysts through collaboration guidance and shared problem solving.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis Data Analytics or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Lead AI-first delivery by operationalizing AI across the SDLC to improve speed clarity and confidence.
Use AI copilots/agents (GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot) in day-to-day analysis and delivery.
Experienced technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications software integration system integration and technology used.
Proficiency in RDBMS principles and tools tiered environments (e.g. development testing UAT production DR) and application disaster recovery.
Strong SQL query skills and knowledge of IT and IS standards and concepts.
Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and provide resolutions to moderately complex problems.
Well-developed project management skills including knowledge of project management methodologies quality/testing methodologies and IT lifecycle governance.
Excellent collaborative skills including oral and written communication skills to effectively represent oneself and the organization
Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients vendors and peers.
Agile & scrum experience in software development
