As a Digital Engineer / MBSE Analyst you will support the technical planning development and integration of digitaltwin capabilities that advance program goals and mission outcomes. You will help shape concepts architectures and modelbased engineering artifacts that ensure digitaltwin solutions are aligned interoperable and technically sound across the broader system landscape.
What youll do:
Help lead technical planning and execution of digitaltwin efforts in support of program objectives.
Support the development of digitaltwin concepts architectures use cases and technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and program teams.
Assist in adapting Peraton Labs agentic AI and digitaltwin capabilities to meet programspecific needs.
Define componentlevel requirements derived from operational needs systemsengineering objectives system behaviors and stakeholder priorities.
Ensure compliance with modelinteroperability approaches dataexchange patterns fidelity expectations and integration guidance across digitaltwin and simulation environments.
Work with data AI/ML software and systemsengineering teams to identify and integrate required data sources dependencies model inputs and outputs assumptions and validation methods.
Identify technical risks dependencies sequencing concerns integration challenges and capability gaps associated with digitaltwin development.
Ensure digitaltwin efforts remain aligned with program objectives ModelBased Systems Engineering practices CTO advancedanalytics initiatives and stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree and 10 years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; OR bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Cloud Computing or related field and 8 years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; OR a masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Cloud Computing or related field and 6 years of experience in a systems engineering related field; OR a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
This position requires the candidate possess a minimum of Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI. The candidate must maintain the clearance
2 years of experience applying MBSE in complex system environments.
Experience developing and supporting systemsengineering processes across the full system lifecycle including analysis planning design development deployment integration testing or configuration of software.
Expertise using the Cameo Systems Modeler suite of tools.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with MBSE validation suites.
Experience generating documents or specifications directly from MBSE models.
Experience with MBSE model federation.
Experience developing MBSE style guides or modeling standards.

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
