Key Responsibilities

• Develop Social Media Strategy Build and execute strategies aligned with business objectives to grow engagement and reach.
• Content Creation & Curation Produce platform-specifc posts graphics videos and stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Email Marketing Campaigns Plan create and execute targeted email campaigns including newsletters and automated workfows.
• Account Management Manage and optimize daily posting schedules across multiple platforms.
• Community Engagement Respond to comments messages and mentions to build strong audience relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs analyze performance and provide insights to improve campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring Stay updated on trends hashtags and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
• Paid Campaign Support Assist in planning and optimizing paid social campaigns. (Supported by general role descriptions.)
• Cross-Team Collaboration Work with marketing design and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifcations

• Profciency in major platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn).
• Strong writing storytelling and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Hootsuite Buer Sprout Social).
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
