Digital Content & Marketing Specialist

Bismarck Motor Company is looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation social media management short-form video and website content along with supporting ongoing marketing initiatives.

At Bismarck Motor Company our marketing isnt just about selling vehicles. Its about showing who we are what we do and why we do it  from the experience we provide our guests and the people behind our dealerships to our involvement in the community and the products and services we offer.

Youll help bring that story to life across our digital channels while keeping our content current engaging and consistent.

• Create content: Capture and create engaging photos videos graphics Reels TikToks Stories and other digital content that showcases our people culture guest experience community involvement vehicles services and what makes Bismarck Motor Company different.

• Manage social media: Help manage Bismarck Motor Companys presence across Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube and other social platforms.

• Plan & publish: Develop content ideas write captions schedule posts and keep fresh relevant content consistently flowing across our brands.

• Tell our story: Find creative ways to communicate who we are what we do and why not just what were selling.

• Stay on top of trends: Identify social media trends sounds formats and content opportunities that make sense for our brand and audience.

• Manage website content: Keep website promotions specials banners photos employee information and other content accurate relevant and up to date.

• Keep monthly marketing moving: Help execute changing monthly campaigns offers priorities and messaging across digital channels.

• Engage with our audience: Monitor social media comments messages reviews and engagement and respond or route communication appropriately.

• Support events & community involvement: Help promote dealership and community events and capture content before during and after events.

• Protect the brand: Maintain a consistent brand voice messaging and visual style across digital platforms.

• Support marketing projects: Work closely with the Marketing Director on campaigns graphics internal communications employee recognition and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

You dont need to check every box but youll be successful in this role if you are:

• Social-media savvy and comfortable with Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube

• Creative and naturally interested in content creation storytelling and social media trends

• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video content

• Able to see content opportunities in everyday moments not just planned campaigns

• A strong writer who can create engaging social captions and clear website copy

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

• Able to manage multiple projects recurring responsibilities and time-sensitive deadlines

• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where promotions priorities and content needs change frequently

• Outgoing and comfortable working with different people and departments to create content
