Digital Content Designer

*Please include a portfolio link with your resume*Position Summary:Reports to the Associate Director Digital Creative and works closely with digital teams in the execution and implementation of digital content as it pertains to email marketing campaigns social media and other special projects and online needs. This is a full-time on-site position out of our headquarters in Danbury Duties and Responsibilities: Support the design and production of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns including social media graphics and paid media in translating campaign concepts into visual designs under the direction of senior designers and creative with social media and marketing teams to develop platformappropriate creative established brand guidelines consistently across all digital with copywriters marketers and developers to ensure assets meet creative and technical with resizing formatting organizing and exporting assets for deployment across digital in creative reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs AIassisted creative tools under the managers guidance to support design ideation content variations image generation resizing and workflow foundational proficiency in AI prompting to help generate design concepts layout ideas and asset options while adhering to brand AIgenerated outputs for quality accuracy and brand alignment making necessary refinements before informed about emerging AI tools and features relevant to digital design and content creation with a willingness to learn and established guidelines for responsible and ethical use of AI tools in creative photography and asset needs by preparing imagery and assisting with basic retouching as with website asset updates and campaign support content as organized files templates and asset libraries to support team Skills and Abilities:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design & Development or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in social media and digital content graphics and typography background in the following: Macintosh operating systems and associated browsers applications and utilities; Dreamweaver or comparable HTML tool; Photoshop; InDesign; Microsoft Office; After Effects and Premiere experience in using content management and marketing deployment tools to support digital campaigns; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a foundational knowledge of AIassisted content creation including effective prompt writing and the ability to use generative AI tools to support visual ideation asset variations and workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies while maintaining brand voice accuracy and quality in HTML and CSSMust be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment under pressure and be flexible and responsive to evolving and changing business be able to work with all levels of employees in a professional written verbal communication and organizational skills team player attitude a MUST and good design :Benefits are an important part of the total compensation that is offered providing peace of mind and financial well-being.
