Digital Asset Specialist

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain metadata standards naming conventions and taxonomies to ensure digital assets are organized searchable and consistent across AEM and Workfront
• Manage the full lifecycle of assets including ingestion organization distribution publishing and archiving ensuring accessibility at all stages
• Collaborate with creative marketing and cross-functional teams to support timely asset delivery and provide guidance on best practices
• Conduct audits and updates to maintain data integrity rights management compliance and alignment with evolving taxonomy standards including legacy content
• Support reporting and analytics by improving metadata quality exporting data and contributing to Power BI dashboards and insights

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in digital asset management content management or related discipline
• Strong understanding of information science principles including metadata standards taxonomy development file naming conventions and asset organization
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Workfront Microsoft Power BI and content management systems
• Familiarity with digital file formats that are commonly used in creative and design workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams
• Bachelors degree in library and information science archival studies or a related field

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficient in macOS
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Experience working with creative departments
