Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated compliant and resident-centered nutrition targeted nutrition education to residents families and staff to support disease management and diet accurate timely documentation and support audits surveys and quality improvement to community outreach and consultative services through education and professional comprehensive nutritional assessments using clinical data laboratory values weight trends and disease-specific implement and adjust individualized nutrition care plans including therapeutic diets supplementation enteral feeding and hydration resident outcomes and modify interventions in response to medical changes. Maintain accurate timely documentation and support audits surveys and quality improvement to community outreach and consultative services through education and professional expertise.### Submission RequirementsCredentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible for registration as a dietitian by the as a Registered Dietitian in North Dakota (ND).If eligible must obtain and hold limited license in ND and within 6 months of hire date must obtain RD status by CDR credentialing.
