Key Responsibilities Registered Dietitians at the Utah State Hospital work with food service department management to assess patients dietary needs and work with patient treatment teams to develop plans to meet those needs. They also measure progress review data and report findings and occasionally deliver presentations trainings or instructions to staff management and clients.
