Dietary Aide

Through senior living communities healthcare and supportive services LSC is committed to person-centered care that promotes dignity well-being and abundant living for older adults.

GlenFlora in Lumberton NC is a vibrant resident-centered community dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults. Our team works together to inspire joy purpose and engagement every day and we are looking for Dietary Aides to join our caring team.

As a Dietary Aide you will help prepare and produce meals in accordance with food safety regulations and individual dietary needs. You will also assist with maintaining a clean organized kitchen and support additional tasks within the dietary department as needed.

• Starting pay of $14 per hour depending on experience
• Additional $4 per hour for weekend hours
• Additional $2 per hour if a teammate opts out of benefits
• Benefits including medical coverage and PTO begin after 30 days
• Free medical insurance option available with a $0 premium
