Pettis Memorial Veterans Hospital our facility offers a warm welcoming environment where residents receive high-quality compassionate care.

We take a holistic approach to healing by offering physical occupational and speech therapy along with engaging daily activities designed to help residents recover regain independence and thrive.

The Dietary Aide plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. As a member of the dietary team you will support meal service operations while maintaining a clean safe and sanitary environment.

• Assist with meal preparation and meal service
• Deliver meals to residents with care professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Support dietary staff with inventory organization and food safety practices
• Follow all infection control sanitation and safety guidelines

• Friendly reliable and compassionate demeanor
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Desire to provide excellent service to residents
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required
