The Opportunity
If youre looking for a shop where your work matters this is it. Youll help keep CRSTs Class 8 tractors and trailers on the road support our drivers and minimize downtime across the fleet. This is a hands-on role where youll diagnose issues perform repairs and help ensure equipment is ready when our operations need it.

How Youll Work

• Location: Onsite in Erlanger KY
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) on a rotating schedule. Youll work Thursday through Saturday one week and Wednesday through Saturday the following week.
• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $26.00-$37.50 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience skills and location.
• Additional Compensation: Total compensation may include overtime or other incentive opportunities as applicable.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on Class 8 tractors and trailers
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs that improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Complete required inspections and documentation to support DOT compliance standards
• Accurately record repair details labor hours and parts used
• Move equipment safely throughout the yard and service facility as needed
• Use shop tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Help maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work environment
• Support CRSTs commitment to delivering a Gold Standard level of safety and reliability across our fleet

• Equipment is repaired correctly and ready for service the first time
• Maintenance work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Inspection and repair documentation is complete and accurate
• Equipment downtime is minimized whenever possible

What You Bring

• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on Class 8 tractors and trailers
• Ability to complete inspections repair orders and related documentation accurately
• Ability to work in a shop environment including standing walking bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must meet minimum tool requirements

Going the Extra Mile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in diesel technology heavy equipment maintenance or a related field
• ASE certifications or other relevant maintenance certifications
• Experience working in a fleet maintenance or transportation environment
