Schedule:

Full Time Monday through Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM

Overtime is available

Work Environment:

Amelia VA

Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop with occasional field or outdoor work as needed.

Key Job Duties:

Inspecting diagnosing and repairing diesel engines electrical systems hydraulics brakes suspension and air systems

Performing preventative maintenance and repairs

Accurately documenting repairs labor time and parts usage

Completing safety inspections and ensuring vehicles are ready for service

Maintaining a clean safe work area and following OSHA and company safety standards

Assisting other technicians as needed and working as part of a team

What were looking for:

Diesel mechanic with 3-5 years experience preferably with heavy duty trucks and trailers

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation

This role includes standing walking lifting pushing pulling crouching and climbing.

The position involves exposure to typical shop conditions such as noise odors grease and occasional outdoor weather.
