Diesel Parts Specialist
Job Summary
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field preferred
- 5 years of purchasing experience in maintenance/fleet operations
- 5 years using TMW TMT or similar high-level maintenance management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information professionally
- Experience leading and developing teams in a hands-on management role
- Working knowledge of quality programs such as ISO 9001
- Associate degree or bachelors degree in management transportation or a related field is preferred. Three or more years experience in supervisory or maintenance management and eight or more years fleet vehicle maintenanceis required. Demonstrated experience with equipment coordination and vehicle service writing is required. Must possess strong maintenance knowledge of vehicle computer systems.

Required Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance. Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality time and cost guidelines. Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems. Growth Mindset: Eagerness to develop skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
