Diesel Mechanic

Our trucks are the backbone of what we do and were looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment in top condition. This is a hands-on role where youll work on a variety of repairs from routine maintenance to troubleshooting major breakdowns.

What Youll Do:

• Inspect maintain and repair our fleet of ready-mix trucks semis and heavy equipment

• Perform scheduled oil changes brake jobs tire repairs and fluid services

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems electrical systems and diesel engines

• Diagnose mechanical issues using tools equipment and technical manuals

• Complete DOT inspections and ensure trucks are road-ready and compliant

• Keep accurate service and repair records in line with company and DOT standards

• Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to quickly resolve breakdowns and keep trucks in service

• Maintain shop tools equipment and a clean safe work environment

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician

• Knowledge of diesel engines hydraulics electrical systems and air brakes

• CDL license preferred but not required

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Safety-focused with a positive team-oriented attitude

Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday 6:30 AM start

Occasional rotating on/call Saturdays
