WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega Alabama.
This is a dedicated-site position meaning youll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each dayno traveling from customer to customer no overnight travel and youll be home every night.
Whether your experience comes from forklifts diesel automotive heavy equipment industrial maintenance fleet maintenance agricultural equipment construction equipment or plant maintenance we want to hear from you.

Youll inspect maintain troubleshoot diagnose and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment including:

What Youll Do
As part of our technician team youll:
Perform preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and operational issues
Repair or replace worn and damaged components
Complete safety inspections
Diagnose equipment failures quickly
Document repairs and labor accurately
Communicate repair recommendations professionally
Help minimize downtime and maximize uptime
Maintain a safe work environment

3 years of mechanical repair experience
