NOW HIRING DIESEL MECHANIC
Location: Santa Teresa NM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:30 AM3:30 PM
Overtime & weekends as needed
RMPersonnel is seeking an experienced Mechanic for a recycling facility in Santa Teresa NM. This position is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing recycling equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Qualifications:
2 years of industrial plant or maintenance mechanic experience
Knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics and conveyors
Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
High School Diploma or GED
Duties Include:
Repair and maintain conveyors balers shredders compactors and other recycling equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical pneumatic and basic electrical issues
Conduct inspections and complete repair documentation
Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand walk bend and climb
Comfortable working in industrial environments with noise dust and moving equipment
