PAY AND BENEFITS:

Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
Up to $2500 quarterly bonus
Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure)
$150 annual boot alloance
$7500 referal bonus for other diesel mechanics
401(k) with company match

WORK-LIFE BALANCE:

1st shift
No weekends
40-hour workweek
Uniforms provided
PTO and 7 paid holidays

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
Must have your own tools
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred
