Diesel Mechanic

As a Diesel Mechanic you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers. From preventative maintenance to advanced diagnostics and repairs you will play a key role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines transmissions brakes electrical systems and other components of commercial vehicles and equipment
  
• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes filter replacements and fluid checks
  
• Conduct detailed inspections to identify existing or potential mechanical issues
  
• Utilize diagnostic software tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed repair and maintenance documentation
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair status and maintenance needs
  
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
  

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic preferably within the transportation or fleet industry
  
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty truck systems
  
• Experience using diagnostic software and repair equipment
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and wiring diagrams
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  

• $31.00 - $37.00/hour based on experience

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
