We are seeking a Die Cutter Operator responsible for operating and maintaining offline die cutting equipment to produce high-quality folding carton packaging. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude troubleshooting ability and experience in make-ready operations and quality control.

Machine Operation & Production

• Operate offline die cutting machines including blanking-capable equipment
• Perform machine setup make-ready adjustments and production monitoring
• Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve operational defects
• Maintain consistent production quality and efficiency standards

Quality Control

• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify and correct defects during production
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and quality requirements
• Support cGMP HACCP and chain-of-custody compliance requirements

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform adjustments and minor maintenance on die cutting equipment
• Resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure smooth machine performance throughout production runs

Team & Communication

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on production goals
• Communicate operational issues and process improvements
• Support a safe efficient and cooperative work environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of offline die cutting experience in folding carton industry
• Experience with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform make-ready operations and defect correction

• Offline die cutting machine operation
• Experience with blanking-capable die cutters
• Strong mathematical skills (percentages weights measurements)
• Machine troubleshooting and monitoring

• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems
• Familiarity with cGMP HACCP and food safety standards
