Job Summary
Fidelity Partners Services LLC. is currently accepting applications for Diagnosticians toevaluate students and determine eligibility for special education services.
- Assessments: Select administer and interpret formal and informal educational evaluations (e.g. aptitude achievement and behavioral tests).
- IEP & ARD Participation: Collaborate with parents teachers and administrators in Admission Review and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Consultation: Provide teachers and parents with strategies community resources and techniques to support students both academically and emotionally.
- Compliance: Ensure all testing and documentation follow state and federal special education regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: A Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
- Prerequisite License: A valid Texas classroom teaching certificate.
- Experience: Exactly three years of creditable classroom teaching experience in a public or approved private school.
- Preparation Program: Completion of an approved Educator Preparation Program (EPP) for diagnosticians.
- Examination: A passing score on the TExES Educational Diagnostician Exam (Exam #253 or #263).
- Background: Must pass a state criminal background check
