Any applicable materials or artifacts previously created or utilized by the awarded Vendor where the awarded Vendor provided IV&V services for the VLP and/or RIDP modifications for another state.
Develop and submit to OFI a list of readiness items and artifacts 2 weeks before contract starts to minimally include:
1. Hardware/software needs
2. Named resources for State Of Maine (SOM) Network Access
Develop and submit an IV&V Assessment and Milestone Plan 1 week after contract start for VLP services. This plan shall minimally include the following items:
1. Description of the change and key success criteria aligned with CMS expectations.
2. Proposed reporting cadence
3. Communication protocols and escalation pathways
Develop and submit an IV&V Assessment and Milestone Plan 1 month after contract start for RIDP services. This plan shall minimally include the following items:
1. Description of the change and key success criteria aligned with CMS expectations.
2. Proposed reporting cadence
3. Communication protocols and escalation pathways
Develop a standard template or other artifact to provide written as-needed independent assessment feedback to minimally include:
1. Assessment date
2. Likelihood of successful delivery
3. Narrative
Complete or develop any materials required by CMS to formalize approve and finalize the implementation.
