DFW Shuttle Supervisor CDL

Operations Overview:

The Shuttle Supervisor CDL Helps tooversee the operations of a location(s) under thedirection of the Operations Managerto ensure 24/7 professional shuttle management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture the Shuttle Supervisor CDL will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned location(s).

Principal Job Duties:

  • Lead direct and develop the shuttle team at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW).
  • Supervise and direct the activities of on-site shuttle employees.
  • Identifying high potential employees to support the organizations continued growth.
  • Ensure drivers drive the proper routes and provide appropriate customer service while keeping on schedule.
  • Responsible for executing plan for the opening of newly assigned routes by client when requested.
  • Assist management in delivering requirements outlined within the contractual agreement.
  • Complete daily weekly monthly and annual operational reports as required.
  • Provide feedback to management about employee performance and concerns.
  • Implement and complete other projects programs and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned location.
  • Communicate effectively with all required entities regarding operational emergencies.
  • Organize and supervise irregular and/or unanticipated peak business operations as required.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have Class B License
  • Must have passenger endorsement
  • Must have air brake endorsement
  • Must have medical endorsement
  • Must have experience driving shuttles with air brakes

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience. Experience:

  • Must have experience working and supervising a shuttle program with Class B drivers.
  • Experience with DOT compliance.
  • Experience with the regular maintenance and 45 day inspections of the shuttle program preferred but not required.
  • 1 years in supervisory role preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel Word Power Point and general Microsoft Office applications as well as dispatch and other transportation-related software/applications.
  • Schedule flexibility in order to meet operational will require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to work in the elements heat wind snow rain etc.
  • Ability to lift push and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
