DevOps Engineer

111 Sign is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build maintain and optimize the infrastructure supporting our online ordering platform production management systems and internal tools. This role bridges development and operations ensuring our systems are reliable scalable and secure as we grow our sign and printing business online and in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web applications and internal tools
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP) supporting the companys e-commerce platform order management and production systems
• Monitor system performance uptime and reliability; respond to incidents and outages
• Automate deployment scaling and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation
• Maintain containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes) for application deployment
• Implement and manage logging monitoring and alerting systems (e.g. Datadog Grafana CloudWatch)
• Collaborate with developers to streamline build test and release processes
• Manage version control workflows and repository structure (Git/GitHub)
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure including access controls backups and vulnerability management
• Support integration between production software order management systems and e-commerce platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure deployment and environment issues
• Document infrastructure architecture processes and runbooks

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or related infrastructure role
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI CircleCI)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible CloudFormation)
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)
• Scripting proficiency (Python Bash or similar)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of networking security and system administration fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
