Job Summary

Were hiring Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists to work with children ages 312 in our relationship-based Floortime Program at CBC Education.
This role focuses on:
Emotional regulation and engagement
Expanding communication through play
Building problem-solving and flexibility
Strengthening parent-child interaction
Supporting developmental milestones in natural settings
Sessions take place in-home and/or in-center where youll guide children through meaningful child-led interactions while coaching parents on how to continue that growth beyond the session.
Were looking for professionals who are observant reflective adaptable and passionate about early development.
