Developmental Psychology (PhD)
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
micro1 is seeking Developmental Psychology experts to support an AI training project. Your expertise will help evaluate and improve AI systems using high-quality real-world knowledge related to child development and developmental psychology. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate child-development datasets for AI training.
- Evaluate AI outputs for developmental accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Create scenarios and test cases involving childrens learning and behavior.
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI systems.
- Develop guidelines covering cognitive linguistic and psychosocial aspects of child development.
- Document research findings and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Developmental Psychology Child Development or a related field.

- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Japanese French Tagalog Malay Lithuanian Russian Georgian Polish Marathi Bengali Urdu Vietnamese Swahili Mandarin Cantonese Indonesian Turkish Gujarati or Bulgarian.
