Developmental Kindergarten Teacher

Ridgeview Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Developmental Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a nurturing engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters academic social and emotional growth in young learners. The ideal candidate will be committed to differentiated instruction play-based learning and strong classroom management to support all students success.

• Bachelors degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education
• Experience in early childhood or primary education is preferred
• Strong understanding of child development play-based learning and early literacy & math instruction
• Excellent communication collaboration and classroom management skills
• Commitment to creating a positive inclusive and student-centered learning environment
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state and district curriculum standards
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that foster respect responsibility and independence
• Work collaboratively with grade-level teams support staff and administration to ensure student success
• Maintain open and positive communication with families through conferences newsletters and digital platforms
• Participate in professional development staff meetings and school-wide initiatives
