Role description
As an Independent Assessor you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence wellbeing and quality of life.
What youll do
- Lead video and in-person meetings with children and adults who are living with autism and developmental disabilities
- Interview family members guardians and caregivers
- Administer structured assessments
- Write reports and make recommendations
- Help determine eligibility for services that support greater independence and community inclusion

Work setting
- You will primarily work remotely from your home office
- You will periodically be required to travel throughout the region for in-person meetings
- Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%
- Travel will primarily be in Post Falls Coeur dAlene Kootenai County and surrounding counties in the Idaho panhandle
Pay and benefits
- $50000 annual salary

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience supporting people who are living with autism developmental disabilities or other disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelors degree
- Idaho residency
Relevant experience
