TheSr.Technical Lead (TL) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day software development aspects along with theManager. They are required to learn the full duties of the Development team they support and will be expected to work alongside them. They will also liaise with the PMO Architecture QA and Product Management teams.The Sr.TL must be able to drive Development componentsof Agile scrum teams and clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implementation ofapplications data integrationsand technology solutions
Development oversight and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to
Systems development and support.Create Design & Technical Specs from Businessrequirementspecifications
Best practices design and development.Lead and participate in code reviewscollaborate with fellow developersand Architects
Project planning and estimation. Collaboratewith the Project Manager Product Manager Business Analysts Architects Developers Quality Analysts Configuration Manager and othersto ensuredelivery of the project
Other duties as assigned.
