Development Redevelopment Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research financial analysis portfolio and individual asset assessment and feasibility studies.
• Evaluate construction pricing project budgets investment hurdles and perform scenario analysis in support of development / redevelopment initiatives.
• Assist with project due diligence data collection/analysis underwriting and reporting.
• Create and maintain project level Argus software models.
• Produce and maintain project tracking reports including formal investment presentations.
• Support the delivery of ground-up development and major redevelopment projects for medical outpatient buildings.
• Potential for occasional market / project site travel (short duration trips only).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Real Estate Economics or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in real estate development investment banking investment underwriting or related fields.
• Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft software underwriting analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
