Our exceptional health center staff drives our mission forward by upholding our acclaimed customer service & confidentiality standards and working to create a safe judgement-free space for anyone seeking Planned Parenthood our Development Operations Manager positionUnder the general supervision and direction of the Director of Annual Giving the Development Operations Manager oversees and manages all Development data entry processes and reporting as well as developing and implementing new processes as needed to improve fundraising effectiveness and will you be doing! The Development Operations Manager will lead the systems data and compliance thatsupportsboth PPGNHAIK and PPAA fundraising programs. This role has primary ownership of the Raisers Edge database including administration reporting dashboard development and data integrity and directly supervises two Database Specialists and a Prospect Researcher. The Managerservesas the teams subject-matter expert on data governance gift processing and regulatory Responsibilities:Database AdministrationServe as the administrator of the Raisers Edge database overseeing system configuration user permissions constituent record structure and data and enforce database standards data entry protocols and naming software updates integrations and third-party plug-ins connected to Raisers data hygiene including deduplication NCOA updates and data & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign build andmaintainqueries exports and reports that support fundraising finance and executive andmaintainreal-time dashboards (e.g. via Raisers Edge NXT Power BI or similar tools) tracking revenue pipeline and KPI performance for staff development and with the Development Leadership Teamto translatedataneeds intoaccurate actionablereports forleadershipBoard of Directors audit and grant compliance evaluate and improve reporting to increase Processing & Revenue OperationsOversee thetimelyandaccurateprocessing and reconciliation of all gifts pledges and other revenue with the Finance department on monthly and annual revenue reconciliation ensuring development and finance the acknowledgment and tax-receipting current on nonprofit compliance requirements including charitablesolicitationregistration gift acceptance policies and donor privacy documentation of internal controls and compliance procedures for development operations; support internal and external audits as Research OversightProvide direction and supervision to the Prospect Researcher ensuring research priorities align with major gift mid-levelannual and institutionalgiving prospect research findings wealth screening data and ratings are captured in the portfolio assignments in partnership withthe philanthropy ManagementDirectly supervise two Database Specialists and a Prospect Researcher providing clear direction coaching and professional development workflows documentation and regular one-on-ones and annual performance reviews for direct a culture of accuracy accountability and continuousgrowthSupervisory Responsibilities:SupervisesDatabaseSpecialists and Prospect Researcher orsimilarpositions.
