This role plays a key part in supporting our fundraising efforts building donor relationships and driving mission-driven ResponsibilitiesSupport fundraising goals campaigns and development strategiesResearch and identify donor and grant opportunitiesWrite and submit grant proposals and donor communicationsAssist with fundraising events and campaignsBuild and maintain donor relationships and stewardship effortsCreate content (appeals newsletters social media blogs)Track donor data run reports and maintain database accuracyWhat Success Looks LikeMeeting fundraising and campaign goalsGrowth in donor engagement and relationshipsStrong grant submissions and reportingEffective well-executed events and campaignsAccurate data tracking and compelling storytellingRequirementsBachelors degree12 years related related experienceStrong writing skills (grant writing preferred)Excellent organization and communication skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency; database experience preferred (Raisers Edge a plus)
