Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Developer to join our development team in Dallas TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on developer with strong experience building scalable web applications and backend services using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern frontend frameworks messaging systems and containerized environments.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience application development.
• Strong experience with C# .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 6.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server including writing complex queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience developing frontend applications using .
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain applications.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.
• Integrate applications with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews testing and production support.
• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
