Poage Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Detailer. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the appearance and quality of the vehicles on our lot ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards before reaching our customers.

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Wash wax vacuum shampoo and polish vehicles as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain and organize detailing supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for sales or delivery schedules.
• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and pay close attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing bending and lifting.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
