Detail Associate

Join the team at Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda as a Detail Associate in Christiansburg this role you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles ensuring each car looks showroom-ready and exceeds customer expectations.

• Clean and detail vehicles inside and out including washing waxing vacuuming and polishing/ Buffing.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to prepare vehicles for customers and showroom display.
• Follow company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service and maintain vehicle condition.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus.
• Must have experience using a buffer to polish vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
