Job Summary

What you will be doing: (on-site position)

  • Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers.
  • Works with sales managers on coordinating and executing site inspections/visits at the property for out-of-market non-deployed accounts.
  • Coordinates and plans all Familiarization Tours (FAMs) and in-market customer events.
  • Maintain accounts contact activity and business details within the appropriate software applications.
  • Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports as required.
  • Balance operational administrative and Colleague needs.
  • Participation in tradeshows conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations as required.
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Some event planning experience in either hotel wedding venues or restaurants
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
