Desktop Analyst

Nelson Mullins an AmLaw 100 firm is currently seeking a Desktop Analyst to support the firms IT Department. The Desktop Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting desktop laptop and VDI environments across the firm.

This role requires executing and maintaining best practices for desktop laptop and VDI management such as software packaging deployment patching inventory management compliance reporting license auditing technical documentation image creation and workstation management. Additionally installing testing configuring implementing and documenting software applications supporting all firm operations is part of the role.

This role requires a Desktop Analyst with over 3 years of experience in a large organization offering the chance to contribute to the law firms growth. Essential skills include strong communication attention to detail independent work under strict guidelines and adept prioritization. Advanced technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments using tools like SCCM Intune PowerShell Active Directory and Group Policy are a must. The idea candidate will love a challenge and is willing to learn.

Advanced troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11 along with PowerShell skills is necessary. Experience working within a large organization with multiple deployments is also required. Legal firm experience is preferred. Light travel may be involved.
