Job Summary
The Designer III Engineering role is responsible for independently performing the design throughout all phases of multiple simultaneous projects. Develops technical aspects throughout all phases of a project.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to project teams regarding detailing code analysis project documentation construction administration and other project-centric processes.
- Provide technical detailing with a variety of construction materials and systems.
- Collaborate with designers and teams to translate design concepts into sound technical solutions.
- May mentor and begin to supervise others
Required Education & Experience
- Associates degree required.
- 5-10 years of experience
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Strong graphic verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.
