What Youll Actually Be Doing

Running in-home design consultations that feel more like a design session than a sales pitch
Building genuine trust with homeowners and guiding them to the right flooring choice
Balancing style function and budget to recommend solutions people love
Closing sales by showing clear value not pressure
Owning your proposals follow-ups and project details start to finish
Partnering with our installation team for a seamless customer experience
Growing your own pipeline through referrals and repeat business

2 years of sales experience in flooring interior design or construction (required)
