Design Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design RF SOI MMICs including switches attenuators and phase shifters.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team with multiple locations to develop products that comply with initial specifications thorough simulations managing the project to validation supporting the manufacturing release and qualification.

Note: this is a non-exhaustive list of duties tasks will be assigned during the course ofyour employment.

Job Qualifications:

• Good knowledge in RF SOI design techniques.
  
• Solid understanding in microwave theories.
  
• Familiar of FEM simulation using HFSS or ADS.
  
• RF switch tapeout experience is a plus.
  
• Cadence familiarity is a plus.
  
• M.S. plus 3 years of design experience orPh.D. is required

The Salary Range for this position is $69700- $ salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors includingbut not limited to work location relevant candidates experience educationand specific knowledge skills and abilities.
